01The guarantee
If HyperArc isn't working for you for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No explanation needed.
02How to ask
- Email support@hyperarc.app with “Refund Request” in the subject.
- Include the email you used to buy, so we can find your order.
- We process within 48 hours. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
03After a refund
- Your license key is deactivated — the app stops working.
- Your local data (indexed files, settings) stays untouched on your Mac.
04Eligibility
- Refund requests must land within 30 days of the original purchase.
- One refund per customer. If you buy again after a refund, that second purchase isn't eligible.
05Payment processing
Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds usually show up on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
