01Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using HyperArc (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Software.

02License

HyperArc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your personal devices, subject to these Terms.

A one-time purchase gives you a lifetime license with every feature. Each license covers up to three device activations. You can deactivate a device and activate another anytime.

03Bring your own key

HyperArc needs a Google Gemini API key to index files. You're responsible for getting and managing your own key. Your use of the Gemini API is governed by Google's terms. Any API costs are yours to cover.

04Your data

HyperArc runs locally on your machine. We don't have access to your files, your API key, or your local database. You own and control all of your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

05Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where law expressly allows.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software or your license key.
• Use the Software for anything unlawful.
• Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized users.

06Intellectual property

HyperArc and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HyperArc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. The Software is licensed, not sold.

07Updates

License holders get every future update at no extra cost. We can modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Software at any time, and we'll try to let users know before anything major changes.

08Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

09Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperArc isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for the Software.

10Refunds

Purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for details.

11Termination

We can terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, stop using the Software and destroy any copies you have.

12Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes land on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
